I've always been very conscious of my arms and shoulders. My shoulders are broad, more like
swimmer-type ones, and my arms are just... well, huge. But that's only me. Friends, on the other hand, have always contradicted my insecurities. Should I believe 'em and just start to feel good about myself? (Not that I don't feel good about myself at all)
